Phinney Photography specializes in a boutique, fine-art experience and has a large variety of digital packages that fit every need and budget. Sessions start at just $295, and intimate weddings start at just $1000. All deposits are a nonrefundable but transferable 25% of the total session or package cost. There is a travel fee for all locations more than forty minutes outside my home radius and for parties larger than six.
